Thom, Ewan Fraser – at Wellington Hospital surrounded by family on 22nd August 2025 aged 79 years.
Much loved husband of the late Carole Thom.
Dearly loved father, father-in-law and Poppa of Christine and Alistair, Holly and Luke; Denise and Phil, Jack and Phoebe.
Loved son of the late William and Ruth Thom.
Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Colin and the late Helga, Kath and Ivan, Hamish and Nola.
Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of Ewan’s life in The Village Chapel 4 – 6 High Street, Kuripuni, Masterton on Friday 29th August at 1.00pm followed by burial at Riverside Cemetery.

Christine and Denise, we are so sorry for your loss. Su and I had such fun when we visited your family on the farm, feeding lambs, collecting eggs and riding motor bikes, which were all very novel for us. We will always remember your dads unmistakable laugh and great sense of humour and the generosity and kindness of both of your parents.
We are thinking of you today as you remember your dad (and mum), sending you big hugs.
