Phillips, Linda. Beloved mother of Michael.

Daughter of Gerald and Colleen David (both deceased) and sister of Grant.

Lin was born (on 11 January 1953) and grew up in Auckland, where she still has many friends. She spent the last 15 plus years living in Whareama near Masterton and working for much of that time at Wairarapa Hospital, where she passed away peacefully on 30 January 2025. Lin’s neighbours, friends and former workmates gathered at her home on Sunday to celebrate Lin’s life in accordance with her wishes.

Lin’s family are all very grateful to the carers, nurses and doctors at Wairarapa Hospital for the expert care, comfort and kindness shown to Lin and ourselves during her final days.
